Personalised Items – No Returns
As all items are personalised to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty, defective, or damaged during transit. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order, as we cannot make changes or offer refunds for errors made during submission.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or is defective in any way, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. To report a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via this link, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 5–10 working days. If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
