Account Questions
Do I need an account?
Yes, you’ll need to create an account to place an order. It’s so that we can ensure that fundraising rewards are allocated to the correct school and it helps us to keep track of your purchases and ensures everything gets to the right place. It’s simple and secure and means that if you’re supporting a school, all of your details are saved.
How is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely within our trusted systems for the purpose of processing your order only. We only collect the information needed to process your order and keep things running smoothly, nothing more. And we never share your details with third parties.
Can I update or remove saved card details?
Yes, you can manage your saved card details anytime by heading to your account settings. From there, you can update, remove, or add new payment methods whenever it suits you.
Help! I've forgotten my username and/or password
No worries! Just click the “Forgot password?” link on the login page and follow the prompts. Still having trouble? Fill out our Contact Form and we’ll get you back on track.
I'd like to delete my account
We’re sorry to see you go! To delete your account, please fill out our Contact Form and we’ll take care of the rest. Your data will be deleted from our systems accordingly.

Do I have to be a parent or guardian to place an order?
Not at all! Anyone can shop with us. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, friend, or just love great gifts, you’re more than welcome here. The best part? Every purchase helps support schools, unless you choose to opt when creating your account. It’s entirely up to you!
Can i edit my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has gone through it can’t be changed. Please make sure to double-check everything before checking out. If something has gone wrong, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help!
Can I return an order?
Since all of our products are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless a product arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do I speak to someone?
To reach our Customer Service team, simply fill out one of our Contact Forms, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible!

Where is my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will be sent tracking information so you can easily check the status of your delivery.
My order has arrived damaged
We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged or defective please fill out a Returns Form and include a photo of the item within 14 days. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Commission Information
Lost your org code?
No worries! Just search for your school when creating your account - your commission will still be paid, and your org code will be saved in our system automatically.
How is commission paid?
We automatically send the commission to your chosen school after the order has been delivered, no extra steps needed!
Refund Process
What's your refund process?
If you're eligible for a refund, we'll promptly reimburse the amount you paid for the product(s) to your original credit or debit card or PayPal account. In certain cases, we might offer a free reprint and resend of the item as an alternative solution. We believe in providing flexibility, but please understand that we don't offer both a refund and a resend together.
Exclusions: Refunds won't be possible if the fault results from your own actions, such as product misuse or misspelled personalisation.
How it works
How can I personalise my item?
When you’ve selected your product, you’ll see options to add custom details (like a name or class) and upload your photos. Just enter the text exactly as you'd like it to appear, and double-check for spelling before you check out (we print exactly what you type!). All of our products can be personalised with images and most of our products include text too.
Why can’t I change the design of my item once my order has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production to keep things speedy and efficient, which means we’re unable to make changes to the design after that point. We hope you understand!
